Please note that these cardigans are a very oversized fit.  If you are looking for a more snug name announcement style cardigan, I would recommend taking a look at my hand-knit selection.

• Each cardigan is hand-embroidered and customised, so slight variations are to be expected, making each piece unique.
• Cardigans are an oversized fit. I do not recommend sizing up.
• I recommend hand washing with cool water or placing on a cool delicate washing cycle and laying flat to dry. Please avoid tumble drying and be cautious around Velcro, zips and clasps to prevent snags.
• Shipping is available within the UK only.

Turnaround Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the customised nature of these items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on my end. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact me to resolve the issue.

A note on Shipping: I offer free local delivery within 5 miles of York city centre - if your address is eligible for free delivery, it will be picked up at checkout.  I also offer free 2nd class delivery on all orders over £60.  Postage and packaging is otherwise priced at £3.99 per order.
